Logo Color Picker

A logo color picker reads the colours in a logo file. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP of the mark, then copy a pixel or the dominant swatches. Each colour is available as HEX, RGB, HSL, CMYK, and OKLCH, or as CSS, Tailwind, or JSON. The file stays in your browser. There is no sign-up.

Drop in a logo file. The dominant colors are listed first so you can lift the brand colors without sampling the background by hand.

How to use it

  1. Export the logo as PNG, JPG, or WebP. A flat background makes the brand colors easier to separate.
  2. Upload it here. Hover to magnify small marks, or use the dominant swatches.
  3. Copy one color, or export the set as CSS, Tailwind, or JSON.

Questions

How do I extract colors from a logo?

Upload the logo image. Click a pixel on the mark for one code, or copy the dominant swatches if you want the set.

Which logo files work?

JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 10 MB. SVG is not decoded by this picker.

Will the background be included?

If the background is a large flat area, it can appear among the dominant colors. Crop to the mark if you only want the logo ink.

Can I paste the logo colors into a stylesheet?

Yes. Copy CSS variables or the Tailwind snippet. Each value is the hex of a sampled or extracted color.
